Steakhouse-style baked potatoes — ultra-fluffy inside, crispy skin, and loaded with butter, cheese, bacon, and sour cream 😍🔥

Ingredients:


* 4 large russet potatoes

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* Kosher salt, to taste

* 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft

* 1 cup sour cream

* 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

* 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

* 2 green onions or chives, finely chopped

* Freshly cracked black pepper



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.

3. Rub potatoes with olive oil and generously coat with kosher salt.

4. Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 55–65 minutes, until skins are crisp and insides are very tender.

5. Remove potatoes and slice open lengthwise.

6. Fluff the inside with a fork, then add a generous amount of butter to each potato.

7. Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, and green onions.

8. Finish with cracked black pepper and serve immediately.
